ORDERS

Once an order has been placed, the customer will receive an email to confirm the details of the order and the total costs associated with the order. AMARA FOOD ships all across Europe. All orders will be sent within 3 working days after receipt of payment. In the case of technical malfunction, however, which falls under the category of circumstances beyond AMARA FOOD’s control, an order will be shipped as soon as possible. When your order is delayed, we will inform you via e-mail. We strive to keep this website as current as possible. However, the possibility remains that a certain product is no longer available, in which case we will contact the consumer as soon as possible.

DELIVERY

Although AMARA FOOD will process all orders with the greatest care and attention, the delivery time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed. Orders will be processed and shipped from Tijnmuiden 7, 1046 AK in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, within the next 3 workdays after receipt of payment and customers receive a track&trace code from our shipping partner. AMARA FOOD cannot be held responsible if their shipping partner is unable to deliver the order to the customer within the time frame indicated.

SHIPPING COSTS

Our shipping conditions are shown at the checkout and the shipping costs will be automatically calculated and added at the checkout.

DELIVERY ZONES

We ship to addresses within Europe. For shipping outside of the EU, please get in contact with us for custom shipping.

DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery time of an order can vary between countries and shipping partner. You will receive track and trace information by email that shows an indicative delivery date and time. This date or time can change and will be communicated by our shipping partner.

ORDER TRACKING

When we ship your order, you will receive track and trace information by e-mail. Information available in the tracking process once it reaches your region will vary depending on the (local) shipping partner.

RETURNS

Once orders have been shipped and/or delivered in good condition, AMARA FOOD does not restitute or accept any returns on orders made at amarafood.com due to the aspect of the products being food. If an order arrives damaged or not complete, the customer can contact us at bahar@amarafood.com and provide with images and description of the order.
